Her work has included reviewing HOS and ELD records, supporting accident-related compliance matters, processing inspection and violation follow-up, assisting drivers and operations personnel with compliance-related issues, and helping develop after-hours safety and compliance functions. Her experience also includes supporting training efforts across departments and assisting with the development of policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes related to regulatory compliance and operational oversight.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology, an Associate Degree in Natural Science, and the Certified Director of Safety (CDS) designation.
